Founder, Karen Reddy-Medeiros

My passion—and superpower—lies in connecting people, envisioning opportunities, and bringing shared visions to life. I immerse myself in every brand and project with the goal of delighting clients and delivering meaningful results.I began my beauty career with M·A·C Cosmetics in 1993, where I helped shape Artist Relations on a global scale during a period of rapid expansion under Estée Lauder. Leading a global team, I developed strategies, cultivated high-profile partnerships, and built a thriving community of artists. My collaborations with organizations such as Cirque du Soleil, the National Theatre (UK), European Film Awards, EON Productions, NBC Olympic Broadcasts, and CNN enhanced the brand’s reputation within the entertainment industry.Recognized for my integrity and industry expertise, I co-founded The Pro Safety Beauty Summit (2021), the first virtual summit dedicated to health and safety in beauty. My career journey also draws on a diverse background in fine art photography, law, and marketing—experiences that continue to shape my creative and strategic approach today.

I’m a communications specialist and strategic relationship builder with over two decades of experience driving brand visibility and growth in the luxury beauty sector. With a passion for connecting brands with industry professionals, I’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-impact collaborations that elevate brand perception and resonate with diverse audiences.For 20+ years, I held a senior role at MAC Cosmetics, where I led partnerships across film, television, music, theatre, and editorial. I worked closely with key industry stakeholders to shape strategy, secure high-profile placements, and negotiate brand presence at major cultural events — including The Laurence Olivier Awards and the British Independent Film Awards (BIFA).I bring a unique blend of creative vision and commercial insight, always focused on building meaningful relationships that deliver measurable results.
